Working with Systemic Coaching & Constellation – an Experiential Workshop will be held in Sydney on Thursday 24 September 2026, facilitated by Ingrid van der Aa and Amy Miszalski.
For AAMHP members, this is a useful opportunity to move beyond simply talking about systemic practice and experience some of the stance, principles and methods for yourself. Systemic work asks us to consider not only the individual client, but also the relationships, expectations, loyalties, histories and organisational forces that may be influencing what they are experiencing.
That wider perspective can be particularly valuable when a client presents with an issue that seems stuck or difficult to shift. Confidence, conflict, leadership challenges, career decisions, team tension or professional identity may appear to sit within the individual, while important parts of the story are actually located in the wider relational or organisational system.
