Changes to the NDIS Price Guide
The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) has released its Annual Pricing Review for 2026-27, along with the updated National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Pricing Schedule.
There are a number of changes that may affect how supports are delivered, invoiced and claimed from 1 July 2026, so we wanted to share a quick overview of what providers need to know.
Some of the key changes include:

Higher support worker rates, with the base hourly rate increasing to $73.58

Changes to therapy pricing, including a reduction of almost 20% to rates under the ‘Other Professional’ line item, with a new base hourly rate of $156.16

New claiming requirements for therapy-related activities, including cancellations, report writing, travel, telehealth and non face-to-face supports, which will now need to be claimed separately

Changes to Supported Independent Living (SIL) claiming, with the previous 0115 registration group code replaced by the new 0138 registration group for registered and newly registered providers.
