Becoming an Approved Training Provider recognises your commitment to delivering professional development that aligns with AA,HP's standards - and connects you directly with Australia’s leading community of vocational mental health practitioners.

Approved Training Providers must demonstrate:

Qualified facilitators or trainers with experience in the mental health sector
Important Distinction
Approved Training Provider status covers your organisation and a range of your educational activities, via our Gold Corporate Membership.
If you wish to seek recognition for a single workshop, seminar, or course, you should apply instead for individual course approval via our Corporate Memberships - either Bronze or Silver.

Purpose of an Approved Training Provider
Gold Corporate Membership with AAMHP is designed for organisations, training providers, health services, community organisations, and businesses that employ or support vocationally trained mental health practitioners. The aim is to create a unified, high-standard professional environment for both employers and practitioners to contribute to Australia's mental health system.

Responsibilities

Gold Corporate Members are expected to:

Support the AAMHP Code of Ethics and Practice

Encourage continuing professional development and supervision for staff

Promote workforce inclusion, diversity, and culturally appropriate services

Maintain active communication with AAMHP
Application Process

Organisations wishing to join must:

Complete the Gold Corporate Membership application form

Provide supporting documentation as required

Agree to AAMHP's Code of Ethics and Terms & Conditions

Submit payment of the membership fee based on corporate membership level
