Reading the Field: An Introduction to Systemic Coaching & Constellations introduces practitioners to a systemic way of understanding what may be happening beneath the surface of individual, team and organisational behaviour.

For AAMHP members, the value lies in learning to look beyond the person in front of us. Clients are shaped by relationships, family histories, workplaces, professional roles, teams, cultures and wider systems. Sometimes what appears to be an individual problem makes much more sense when we begin to notice the relationships, loyalties, pressures and patterns operating around it.

John Whittington will introduce the principles of systemic coaching and constellations, including relationship mapping and ways of identifying hidden connections, influences and resources within a system. The session is designed to help practitioners develop greater curiosity about what sits behind a presenting issue and consider how a broader systemic perspective can inform their work.
