Peer-to-Peer Encouragement for VMHPAA Members
Association for Coaching events consistently provide thoughtful, practitioner-level conversations about the evolving landscape of coaching and helping professions. While grounded in coaching, these sessions are highly relevant for VMHPAA members working at the intersection of counselling, supervision, organisational wellbeing and leadership development.
For vocational mental health practitioners, exposure to coaching frameworks strengthens future-focused work with clients who are moving from stabilisation into growth. It also sharpens our ability to contract clearly, manage boundaries, and navigate dual-role dynamics — particularly for those working across private practice, EAP settings, or workplace mental health initiatives.
