The Association for Coaching’s Elevate Your Coaching – Systemic Supervision for Coaches & Leaders introduces supervision as a reflective space for stepping back from immediate challenges and considering the broader dynamics shaping our work.

For VMHPAA members, this is particularly relevant because clients, practitioners, and leaders do not operate in isolation. Their experiences are influenced by relationships, teams, organisations, professional roles, culture, expectations, and the wider systems around them. A systemic approach helps us notice these connections rather than locating every difficulty solely within the individual.

This session will be valuable for members working across coaching, counselling, supervision, leadership, and organisational wellbeing. It offers an opportunity to strengthen reflective practice, recognise patterns that may otherwise remain hidden, and consider how the practitioner is participating in the system being explored.
