Peer-to-Peer Briefing: Why VMHPAA Members Should Consider Attending

As vocational mental health practitioners, many of us support clients navigating uncertainty, pressure, and identity-level questions in their personal or professional lives. Coaching in Uncertain Times offers an advanced immersion into the Framework for Transformation, led by Dr Be Pannell, a seasoned executive coach and consultant.

This four-hour workshop goes deeper than behavioural change tools, it explores how to shift the core stance from which leaders (and clients) operate. You’ll learn how to surface the inner tensions that drive over-control, striving, or withdrawal, and how to create conditions for presence, adaptability, and clarity in times of complexity. The session is experiential, blending adult development theory, neuroscience, and embodied practice.
