Peer-to-Peer Encouragement for VMHPAA Members
Ethical practice sits at the heart of everything we do as vocational mental health practitioners. The Coaching Ethics Forum 2026 (CEF2026) brings together international thought leaders, practitioners, supervisors and educators to explore contemporary ethical challenges across coaching and related helping professions.
While positioned within the coaching field, the conversations are highly relevant to VMHPAA members particularly around boundaries, dual relationships, cultural responsiveness, supervision, power dynamics, confidentiality, and navigating complex real-world dilemmas. Events like this offer space to move beyond policy documents and into deeper reflection on how ethics shows up in day-to-day practice.
