Peer-to-Peer Briefing: Why VMHPAA Members Should Consider Attending
As vocational mental health practitioners, integrating evidence-based coaching methods into our community-focused work can amplify our impact. On 16 September 2025, the Association for Coaching will host a Research to Practice webinar exploring the synergy of individual and group coaching in female leader development, an hour that is grounded in real-world case studies and international research.
This facilitated session invites thoughtful reflection on how combined coaching approaches, when strategically designed, can enhance self-awareness, resilience, and leadership capacity among individuals while fostering peer support and shared learning environments. Drawing from Bonneywell & Gannon’s 2022 study, the webinar offers actionable insights relevant to practitioners facilitating recovery, peer-support groups, or leadership pathways within community.
